Expertise & Services:
With extensive training and experience in group facilitation, adult learning, and virtual and in-person convenings, Lauren is well-equipped to guide your next program or event. By way of training, Lauren holds a Master of Science in Teaching from Fordham University and she has completed coursework focused on facilitation and the transformation of individual and group performance at Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership.
Lauren has extensive experience gaining consensus in groups of diverse stakeholders, particularly those with divergent priorities. For teams experiencing conflict, seeking opportunities for growth, and interested in focused learning opportunities — reach out!
Offerings include:
Virtual, hybrid, & in-person events for 10 to 500 people
All-staff, small team, and/or senior leadership retreats
Ongoing small-group or all-staff learning series
One-on-one coaching with staff of all levels (from Interns to Executive Directors)
